|17.||Approve Publication of Notice to Hold a Public Hearing to Consider and Adopt an Ordinance Approving the ADC Telecommunications, Inc. (ADC), Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) Project Proposal and Approving the Project Participation Agreement (PPA) Governing the Terms and Conditions of the Said Project – Chuck McMahon, Interim Assistant County Manager, will discuss.|
