NOTICE THAT MEMBERS OF THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, POTENTIALLY CONSTITUTING A QUORUM, MAY ATTEND EVENTS PLANNED WITH WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION REPRESENTATIVES MAY 23 AND 24, 2012.

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Board of County Commissioners may attend Events with Representatives from the World Health Organization as part of an application for Doña Ana County to receive a “Safe Community” designation to be held at the Doña Ana County Government Center. There will be a breakfast on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. and a breakfast and media event on Thursday, May 24, 2012 beginning at 8:30 a.m. No County policy will be formulated by members of the Board, nor will there be any discussion for the purpose of taking any action within the authority of the Board. The members of the Board will take no official vote or other action at the meeting.

The purpose of this notice is merely to inform the public that its elected members of the Board may attend the meeting.
