Doña Ana County Commission Chairman Paul B. Curry will be the featured speaker Friday at groundbreaking ceremonies for a new multimillion dollar Doña Ana County Administrative Complex, Sheriff’s Department and District Attorney’s headquarters.
The groundbreaking will get underway at 2 p.m. on the west side of Motel Boulevard at a 24-acre county-owned site between Hadley and Picacho streets. All five Doña Ana County Commissioners are expected to speak, along with other regional and local dignitaries. A proclamation will be issued by Los Conquistadores of the Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce.
