COUNTY ROAD MAINTENANCE BEHIND SCHEDULE, PATIENCE URGED

Doña Ana County is approximately 10 weeks behind on regular road maintenance and construction as a result of repair work necessitated by heavy summer flooding. Doña Ana County has more than 1,500 miles of roads in its inventory, only about 500 miles of which are paved roads.
