3. Doña Ana Mutual Domestic: Eric Koch to discuss street access requirements for a Type 2 Planned Unit Development Overlay Zone for a water reclamation plant; where a fifty foot (50’) wide right-of-way or easement with twenty-four feet (24’) of improved roadway is required. The 25.84 acre site is addressed as 1200 Hope Road south of Fort Selden, NM and is identified as being in Township 21 South, Range 1 West, Section 25; recorded on May 28, 2009 under Instrument # 0914506 in the office of the Doña Ana County Clerk. The parcel can be further identified by Map Code # 3-001-125-230-350.

4. Case # SD11-002/Greencastle: Paul Pompeo of Southwest Engineering, to discuss road improvements. Based on current Doña Ana County Design Standards, roadway improvements are not required, and the developer should not be held responsible for making them, Mr. Pompeo contends. This proposed Type III A Subdivision is a 15.00-acre parcel zoned PD (Performance District). The applicant seeks to create 5 lots ranging in size from 2.0-acres to 4.50-acres and they would all access Aldaz Rd. The parcel is located northeast of Anthony, NM within Sections 16 and 21, Township 26 South, and Range 3 East, and can be further identified by Map Code No. 4-015-153-383-367.
