CLOSED MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley will hold a Closed Meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 between 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon in the City Manager’s suite at City Hall in room 3619, 700 N. Main Street, Las Cruces, New Mexico. Board Members of the Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley may be in attendance.

The Purpose of the Closed Meeting is:
1. To Conduct an Audit Exit Conference for the Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley, FY11 Audit, Which is Closed Pursuant to Section 12-6-5 to 12-6-14, NMSA 1978 as Amended.
