7. Approve a Resolution Adopting Revisions to Equal Employment Opportunity Plan for the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Department through June 30, 2012 – Deborah Weir, Human Resources Director, will discuss.
8. Approve the Utilization of an Existing Local Government Contract to Lease Motor Graders and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Dickie Apodaca, Roads Superintendent, will discuss.
9. Approve Piggyback Off NMSU Contract to Use Las Cruces Structural Job Order Contract 10-DAC-0033.00 for Detention Outside Recreation Modules and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Chris Barela, Detention Director, will discuss.
