6. CASE # SU10-005 / SCOTT: The applicant, Jimmie D. Scott, Corine Nuņez, agent, is requesting a Special Use Permit to place a 2624 sq. ft. mobile home on his property as primary living quarters. The current historic 756 sq. ft. site-built adobe dwelling would become an accessory living quarters. The 1.0-acre parcel is zoned ER 3M (Residential, one-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built and mobile homes). It is addressed as 5779 Barela Road; described as being part of Serial # 4-42A, as shown on the USRS Property Maps, within Section 15, Township 22 South, Range 1 East, recorded on September 21, 1979 in Book 258, Pages 408-409 in the Doņa Ana County Clerks Office. The property is located northwest of the Village of Doņa Ana, north of E. Thorpe Rd., and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-004-129-448-324.
