NOTICE OF A POTENTIAL
QUORUM CONCERNING
THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
AND THE CITY OF SUNLAND PARK
GOVERNING BODY
Notice is hereby given that members of the Doña Ana County Commission and members of the City of Sunland Park have been invited to and may attend the above meeting.
This meeting is not a public meeting of either government body, but of the independent joint authority board. No County or City policy will be formulated, nor will any discussions be had for the purpose of taking action within the authority of either body.
Members of the public are welcome to communicate their respective concerns relating to the topics of the presentation to their commissioners or councilors.
