AMENDED: COUNTY COMMISSION SCHEDULES SPECIAL MEETING ON JUNE 15 2009
AMENDED NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE DOŅA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
The following will be considered at a Special Meeting of the Doņa Ana County Board of Commissioners to be held on Monday, June 15, 2009 immediately following the Closed Session of the Board of County Commissioners scheduled to begin at 9:30 am in the Doņa Ana County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Doņa Ana County Government Center, 845 North Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico. The following will be considered:
AGENDA for SPECIAL MEETING
| 1. | Roll call of Commission members present and determination of quorum. | |
| 2. | The Commission will reconvene as the County Canvassing Board to complete the canvass of the returns and declare the results of the special election held on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 and certify the election results, consistent with the New Mexico Election Code, NMSA 1978, §§ 1-13-13. | |
| 3. | The Commission will adjourn as the County Canvassing Board. |
