3.1-3.12 3. Acknowledge Receipt and Public Filing of the Treasurer’s Report for the Month of May 2008 - County Treasurer Jim Schoonover will discuss.
4.1-4.5 4. Approve Award of Competitive Sealed Bid #08-0057 for Tires, Supplies and Services and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Dickie Apodaca, Road Superintendent, will discuss.
5.1-5.2 5. Approve Award of Request for Proposal 08-0059 for Orthopedic Outpatient Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.
6.1-6.13 6. Accept the Laws of 2008 Special Appropriation Project Grant Agreement from the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration for 22 SAP Grants Totaling $1,420,000.00 and Delegate Signature Authority to the Board of County Commissioners’ Chairperson and Future Amendments to the County Manager – Armando Cordero, Facilities and Parks Manager, will discuss.
7.1-7.2 7. Approve Out-of-State Travel for County Attorney and Paralegal to Attend “Grievances, Arbitration and Past Practices” Seminar in Las Vegas, Nevada, Held from October 8 to October 10, 2008 – John Caldwell, County Attorney, will discuss.
8.1-8.7 8. Approve Out-of-State Travel for Three Public Works Staff to Attend the North American Surface Water Quality Conference and Exposition in Orlando, Florida, August 3-7, 2008 – Jorge Granados, Public Works Director, will iscuss.
9.1-9.2 9. Approve Out-of-State Travel for IT Staff Member to Attend the O’Reilly Open Source Convention in Portland, Oregon on July 21-25, 2008 – Anna Hines, IT Director, will discuss.
10.1-10.3 10. Approve First Amendment to Operations and Maintenance Agreement between Doña Ana County and the City of Sunland Park and Delegate Signature Authority to the Chair or Designee – Sue Padilla, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.

11.1-11.2 11. Appoint One New Alternate Appointment to Doña Ana County Valuation Protest Board – Gary Perez, County Assessor, will discuss.
