The Doņa Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at its regular meeting to be held on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers of the Doņa Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

3. Case # SD04-021/Richards: The applicant, Gerald Richards, is proposing a Type 3B Subdivision to be known as Mountain Ridge Estates, on 27-acres, consisting of 10 lots ranging in size from 2.22-acres to 3.53-acres. The current zoning of the subject parcel is Performance District, Low Intensity Residential. The 27-acre subject parcel is located on the southeast corner of Three Saints Road and Joy Road, within Section 21, T21S, R3E, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-015-154-129-148. The P&Z postponed this case at its January 24, 2008 meeting.
