COMMISSION WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss collective bargaining negotiations between the County and the Communication Workers of America (CWA), Local 7911, representing Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Department and collective bargaining negotiations between the County and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees’ (AFSCME) bargaining units representing Detention Center employees and blue collar workers as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (5)."

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session item.
