NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM: MARCH 1ST, 2007
NOTIFICATION THAT MEMBERS OF THE DOŅA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE CITY OF SUNLAND PARK GOVERNING BODY, POTENTIALLY CONSTITUTING A QUORUM, MAY ATTEND AN UPCOMING MEETING OF THE CAMINO REAL REGIONAL UTILITY AUTORITY
Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Doņa Ana County Board of Commissioners and the City Council of Sunland Park have been invited to and may attend an upcoming public meeting of the Board of the Camino Real Regional Utility Authority, to be held in Sunland Park, New Mexico.
This public meeting is not a meeting of either government body, but of the independent joint authority board. No County or City policy will be formulated, nor will any discussions be had for the purpose of taking official vote or other action within the authority of either body.
The purpose of this notice is merely to inform the public that its elected member of the Doņa Ana County Board of Commissioners and the City Council of Sunland Park may be attending the following meeting:
The Utility Authority Board Meeting will be held at the City of Sunland Park Council Chambers, 1000 McNutt, Sunland Park, New Mexico on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at 5:00 p.m.
Members of the public are welcome to communicate their concerns relating to the topics of the presentation to their respective commissioner or councilor.
